Willow Creek fire updated June 29, 2018
#WillowCreekfire 1,311 acres 96% completed. Smoke will continue to be visible from Highway 40, Strawberry River road and Co-Op Creek road. Heber-Kamas Ranger District fire personnel will continue to monitor the fire daily. The area closure has been terminated on the Willow Creek fire, but the Bjorkman Hollow road will remain closed from the intersection with the Willow Creek trail (Forest Service trail #3001) east to the intersection with Forest Service road #370 for public health and safety while confined and contained methods continue to be implemented on the Willow Creek Fire.
