Richfield, UT – Highway 24 is open. Today, the fire grew during the active burn period. Electrical power line structures were burned, and as a result, Wayne County and portions of Sevier County including Burrville, Koosharem and Fishlake Basin are without power. At this time, there are no services in those areas.

Public and firefighter safety is our first priority. There will be fire traffic in the area affected by the Willow Patch Fire. Please use caution and heed signs and law enforcement. Sevier County Sheriff’s Office has closed several roads in the area. Please be aware that smoke, with the evening inversion layer, will lay down at night and visibility will be limited. Best to stay out of the area, if possible.
