Straight Canyon Fire Contained

A small fire started near the Trail Mountain Fire June 18 has been contained. The Straight Canyon Fire started June 18 in an area 4 miles southwest of the Trail Mountain Fire, on the Manti-La Sal National Forest. It grew two acres in some brush and grass and has been 100% contained by the Initial Attack crew assigned to the Trail Mountain Fire. The cause has not been determined at this time.
